To promote Thailand 's Health Care Program, the Department of Export Promotion, Nontaburi Office, has arranged the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery between GM3T Korea and Preecha Aesthetic Institute (PAI), and Samitivej Hospital on 28 th April 2008.
