  PAI would welcome the opportunity to consult about your particular need in your appearance with our special package price through our online consultation.  
       
  DEPOSIT  
    A payment of your deposit would be requiring via wire transfer for each procedure. The remaining of payment could be paid by cash (US dollar and Thai Baht), and travelers cheques in US Dollar, Euro or Japanese Yen on the date of your scheduled surgery date.

Cancellation / Refund Policy  
  We would be glad to assist you with the cancellation procedures and refund your money back, if some unexpected circumstances might be arise and cause by your surgery plans. Our rates of refund are derived from our suppliers’ requirements and can be summarized as follow:  
       
 
  • Cancellation within 15 day(s) or more before surgery date—full refund
 
 
  • Less than 15 days—no refund
 
       
  The above rates are valid for all trips offered by Pai.co.th, unless states by online agent upon confirmation of booking. It is your responsibility only written cancellation notices (e-mail or fax) will be accepted.

The refund will be made through bank transfer or depending to the original payment method. Although, Pai.co.th will take up to four weeks for actual crediting to take place and depending upon your Bank’s practice.
