Services so that we can answer any question that you may have. In
the initial conversations you have with us we will explain what you
can expect from Preecha Aesthetic Institute; we will draw your attention
to certain premedical exclusions that may prevent you from undertaking
plastic, reconstructive or cosmetic surgery, and make sure that you
are aware of the risks involved with any type of surgery. In addition,
we will talk to you about Bangkok and advise you on what you can expect
both from your holiday and your surgery when you arrive here. |

Application |

|
We encourage you to receive a quotation from us before you begin
any consultation with our principle surgeon. In order to receive a
quotation you will have to fill out an Application Form. Please fee
free to do this online, or download and complete in your own time.
One of the purposes of filling out this form is to determine your
suitability to undertake your requested surgery. In addition, the
form asks you questions about your holiday - please read the comprehensive
information provided through the website. |

Consultation |
| |
|
2 to 3 days after we receive your application we will send you your
quotation. If you are significantly interested, we will make necessary
arrangements for you to discuss your case either via telephone or
via email with our Principle Surgeon, without obligation. Where there
is a cost incurred by you when you call our Surgeon, we will deduct
10 percents from your final quotation, if you choose to undertake
your surgery with us later on.
Your surgeon may request additional information from you. In some
cases he may require good quality photographs so that he can make
a more detailed assessment. You will be free to take these pictures
yourself.

Doctor Letter |
| |
|
In addition, all our clients are asked to obtain a letter from a
doctor, which ensures that they are in an appropriate state of health
to undertake surgery. We require that letter to be faxed to us prior
to departure to Bangkok . In all cases, we request that the original
letter is brought to Bangkok , should you decide to undertake your
surgery with Preecha Aesthetic Institute.

Changes to Holiday Plans |
| |

Once we have concluded your consultation, and you have decided to
proceed with your surgery you might like to make changes to your holiday.
Please feel free to discuss this with us. We can provide you with
another quotation accordingly. |

Payment |
| |
|
You will be asked to pay a deposit when you book your surgery- please
see our section on Payment/Refund
Policy Preecha Aesthetic Institute will book your entire
holiday, taking care of everything, including booking your flights
and arranging your hotel and insurance.

Pre-Surgery Advice |
| |
|
In preparation for your surgery, you will be briefed on what will
happen from the minute you arrive at the hospital to what occurs once
you are in surgery. Fine points, such as how an anesthetic will feel,
are often some of our client's concerns.
It is at this stage that we will advise you if there is anything that
you should not do in the weeks before your surgery. We make sure that
we have done everything possible with your cooperation to provide
the most optimal conditions for you to undergo the surgical treatment,
including recommendations for skin care and diet. |

| Skin Care |
| |
Where necessary we can recommend appropriate pre
surgical products that will hydrate and strengthen the skin.
Retinal creams and glycolic peels can put the skin in better
shape, thereby reducing recovery and scarring. For example,
prior to a facelift, a micro-dermabrasion treatment can help
reduce fine lines and a comedone extraction can boost the appearance
of the skin post surgery. These simple procedures will greatly
increase your satisfaction with surgery. |

| Diet |
| |
We can advise on important changes such as switching to a
healthier diet. Patients who increase their supplement and vitamin
intake feel better and recover their energy levels faster. Antioxidants
(A, C, E) and high-potency multivitamins promote healing, accelerate
wound closure, and reduce scar formation and bruising, if taken
for several weeks prior to surgery. We can recommend such programs
as appropriate. |

Your Schedule |

Two weeks before your departure we send you our package that includes
your schedule as well as contact numbers, useful tips on what to bring
to Bangkok and what not to forget before leaving. We will make sure
that you are properly prepared and ready for your holiday. |

How to keep in contact with us |
| |
|
On arrival you will be given a mobile phone to use during your stay
in Bangkok . This phone will contain all the numbers of Preecha Aesthetic
Institute, your Representative, interpreter and other useful numbers.
We believe this is of great use to you should you need to contact
us to discuss any aspect of your medical, whether holiday or recreational.
Our office hours are between 9am to 6pm . In case of an emergency,
please contact your Representative at any time.
To provide you with support, your hotel is also aware of your reason
for being in Bangkok . Please fell free to contact your hospital hotel
reception, as they know how to contact either Preecha Aesthetic Institute,
if so required. |

Holiday Pack |

|
In your room you will find a package that Preecha Aesthetic Institute
has prepared for you. This package contains recommendations on restaurants,
bars, shopping areas, beauty salons and spas. You will find that we
organize daily excursions throughout the city as we find that this
is a great way for some of our clients to meet others who are in Bangkok
for the same purpose. If you require transportation at any time, just
give us a call and Preecha Aesthetic Institute will make the arrangement
for you. |

Intake conversation |
| |
|
Shortly after you arrive in Bangkok you will visit your surgeon
for an intake conversation. On the day of the intake, an interpreter
will meet you at your hotel and take you to the clinic. Your interpreter
will also accompany you if you have requested. All registration procedures
will have been taken care of prior to your arrival.
The purpose of the intake is for the doctor to determine that you
are in good health and are sufficiently prepared to undertake your
cosmetic program. In case of an operative treatment a blood test will
be performed, your pulse and blood pressure will be taken and he may
note some specific points that apply to you if you suffer from any
allergies. He will discuss with you your surgery program and the expectations
that you have. He will talk to you about your preferences in this
respect. Your surgeon will go into the details of the surgery and
will set a date and time for this. Usually the surgery takes place
one or two days after the intake conversation. |

| Special Dietary Request |
| |
In case you need, for medical or other reasons,
special dietary food and if you have not already indicated this
to us on your booking form, please make a request at the intake. |

| |
At the intake you will be asked to sign a consent form allowing
the clinic to perform the required cosmetic surgery. |

|
After the intake you will be back to your hospital hotel. |

Just before surgery |
| |
|
Below you will find a list of general guidelines for you prior to
your arrival at the hospital. If you are known to have any condition
that requires more detailed or specific instructions, for example
if you suffer from diabetes, we will let you know in advance. |
|

|
| |
|

We prefer you not eat or drink anything 6
hours prior to your admission to the hospital for the purposes
of general anesthetic.
|
- |
In case of local anesthetic with sedation please do not eat
anything 6 hours before admission to the clinic. However you
can drink clear fluids like water, tea or coffee 2 hours before
admission to the clinic, although absolutely no alcohol. |
- |
In case you have been asked by your surgeon during the intake
conversation to shave a particular area please do so before
you arrive at the surgery room. |
- |
Do not take any jewelry except a watch if you require. Keep
your valuables in the safe of the hospital hotel. |
- |
In case you have any piercing please remove them even if the
area will not be treated by the surgery. |
- |
In case you are on medication please making sure you bring
it to the clinic, so that you may continue with your course
and to present it to the anesthetist who will want to see it
before the surgery. |

In case you are using lenses do not forget to take your lens
kit. If you are having a general anesthetic you will be asked
to remove your lenses. As a matter of convenience for you, and
if you have them, it is advised that you bring regular glasses
in case you have surgery involving the eyes or areas around
the eyes. |

Your Stay at the Clinic |
| |
|
You may find that three or four-night stay in the hospital is required.
As a standard procedure for most treatments involving anesthesia we
require you to stay for at least two night in the hospital as a precautionary
measure. |
|

|
|
|
| |
|
Your Partner or Friend may stay with you
|
|
| |
|
Where requested, your partner or friend may stay with you for as
long as you are in the hospital. |
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
The Day of the Surgery |
| |
|
On the day of your surgery, an interpreter will meet you at your
room to take you to the surgeon. Your interpreter will also accompany
you if you have requested. We will have taken care of all admission
procedures for you prior to your arrival. |
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
|
When you arrive you will be taken to your room. The surgeon will
come to see you and make final preparations with the nurses for the
surgery. Even if you have any questions to ask at this time, please
feel free to ask them. |
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
|
| |
At the Clinic post surgery |
| |
|
After you have woken from your surgery you will be keep under observation
at the clinic for two or three days as previously arranged. |
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
Discharge from the Clinic |
| |
|
After this period at the clinic you will have a final meeting with
your surgeon where he will give you clear instructions for your Post
Surgery Care and what you should do in the days following your surgery.
You will be able to ask your surgeon any question you might have so
that you go back to the hotel with peace of mind.

|
|
|
| |
|
You will set dates and time for a follow up appointment with the
surgeon.
|
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
|
After this, your surgeon will then discharge you and your interpreter
will take you back to your hospital hotel. |
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
Post surgery care in Bangkok |
| |
|
You will be asked to return to the Clinic during your recovery,
to meet with your surgeon for follow up appointments.
|
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
|
You will be able to discuss many of the follow-up questions you
may have long after the surgery is complete. We understand that surgery
is often fraught with many emotional issues for our clients and your
surgeon will be there as an emotional confident.
|
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
|
Your surgeon will provide you with information on appropriate home
care, including continuation of antioxidants, hydration, and possibly
skin treatments. In connection with the doctor's recommendations,
Preecha Aesthetic Institute may schedule you for exfoliating treatments,
if necessary. |
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
|
At the end of your recovery you will meet with your surgeon one
last time for him to discharge you. |
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
|
| |
On the day of your departure, your Representative will
meet with you at your hotel/hospital to talk to you about your experience.
We will ask you to take a few moments to complete a questionnaire
about the quality of the service you received while you stayed with
us. Preecha Aesthetic Institute will then chauffer you to the airport
where you will be assisted at check in.

Being Back Home |
| |
|
Once you have arrived home your Representative will remain your
key contact for Preecha Aesthetic Institute. They will be able to
coordinate all enquiries you may have.

|
|

|
In addition, you will be able to contact your surgeon, directly,
by phone and email, long after you have returned home. This is an
important part of our commitment to you so that you return home fully
confident that you will receive all the post-surgical care necessary
in your home country. |
|

|

|
And finally, where you are more than satisfied with your experience
