Travel Arrangements |

- Hotel reservation upon request.
- For addtional stay prior you are here in Bangkok, you may stay before and after surgery
at our hospital private room. The addtinal night is US$ 70per night exclude meal. Most
patients prefer to have meals across the hospital or there's room service to make an order. PAI can arrange the hotel for you at the special rate as well.
- Free tourist information, travel planning and transfer to local travel agent (your optional)
- We would like to make our patients more comfortable and safety at the beginning of
surgery trip.
- We can arrange the transportation to pick up at the airport and assist our patients to
the hospital or hospital hotel room including check-in&out. The cost for transportation
(airport pick up) is US$40 round trips. We will collect with the cost of surgery and
transportation together at our Institute.(Optional)

In order for us to arrange to pick you up from the airport on arrival and departure, and reserve the hospital room for you in advance, Please inform us your flight itinerary one week in advance prior the arrival. |

- If you are HIV positive, then you are a risk to hospital personnel. For this reason you need to pay an extra 30% of the original charge.
- Prepare cash for your personnel to stay another 5 days after surgery.

The payment can be prepared by Travel’s Check in US dollars, Euro Dollar, Japanese Yen, while you are here in Bangkok we will assist you in cashing out the money into Thai Baht for the surgery at the Bank nearby PAI office.

Patients are required to submit following documents before operation: (Int.' Patient only)
1) e-mail scan, fax one piece of photo identification (e.g. drivers license, Passport, etc)
2) e-mail scan, fax of bank 10% wire transfers (please check at term and payment)
3) e-mail scan, fax copy of the flight reservation itinerary
4) Once the applicant has been approved for Penile Skin Inversion (MtF) Surgery, the patient can then make the flight arrangement.
