TERMS AND CONDITIONS
		Thank you for visiting our web site. The Terms and Conditions of User apply to the entire group of Web sites owned, operated, licensed or controlled by Preecha Aesthetic Institute (PAI)., www.pai.co.th or their affiliates (collectively the "Company"), including but not limited to the web sites at www.pai.co.th (collectively the "Company Web Sites"). We offer services and programs in many parts of the world. Company Web Sites may refer to certain services or programs which are not available worldwide, without specifically limiting the offers as such. Such reference does not imply that the Company intends to offer such service or programs in all countries or locations.

		PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY PRIOR TO USING THIS WEBSITE. The Preecha Aesthetic Institute (The PAI Center) provides this website for the personal and educational use of consumers. By using this website, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions of use. The PAI Center may revise and update these Terms and Conditions of use from time to time and users are responsible for becoming aware of such changes through the periodic review of these Terms and Conditions. Continued usage of The PAI Center website after the posting of any changes to the following Terms and Conditions will be deemed acceptance of the changes on the part of the user.

	1. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
		You agree:
		1.	to responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and for all activities that occur under your account
		2.	to notify Pai.co.th immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Pai.co.th will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Pai.co.th or another party due to someone else using your account or password
		3.	to bear full financial responsibility for all uses of these sites by you and/or those who use your Password and/or Username to login; but not limited to minors living with you and to supervise all usage by such minors of this site
		4.	not to abuse, threaten defame, or harass others
		5.	not to use the Forum for commercial purposes of any kind
		6.	not to use this site to any false or fraudulent booking/reservation or any booking/reservation in anticipation of demand

	2. REPRESENTATIONS WARRANTIES

		You fully represent and warrant that:
		1.	in a particular PAI Web Site, or any product or service offered on any PAI Web Site (each a "PAI Site/Service", and collectively "PAI Sites/Services") requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form
		2.	you are sufficient to meet legal age to use
		3.	you must not post or distribute any vulgar, obscene, discourteous or indecent language or images
		4.	you must not defame abuse, harass or threaten others

		Unless otherwise expressly noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, appearing anywhere on a Preecha Aesthetic Institute or their affiliates (collectively the "Company") Internet sites are protected by worldwide copyright laws and treaty provisions. (All such Internet web sites shall be referred to as "Company Web Sites.") The copyright on such materials is held by the or by the original creator of the materials. None of the materials may be copied, reproduced, displayed, modified, published, uploaded, posted, transmitted, sale of, or distributed in any form or by any means other than as described in the Linking Policy section or with Preecha Aesthetic Institute prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on Company Web Sites may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

PAI.CO.TH ALSO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF PAI.CO.TH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL PAI'S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR REGISTRATION OF THE DOMAIN NAME, BUT IN NO EVENT GREATER THAN ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

	6. OTHER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
		All rights reserved. Although every effort has been made to ensure the correctness of this information, Preecha Aesthetic Institute, and its authors do not assume and hereby disclaim any liability to any part for any loss or damage caused by errors, omissions, misleading information, or any potential travel problem caused by information provided by Preecha Aesthetic Institute, even if such errors or omissions are a result of negligence, accident, or any other cause.

	7. FORCE MAJEURE
		Pai.co.th is not responsible for the products, services, actions or failure to act of any venue, performer, promoter or other third party in connection with or referenced on the Site.

	8. TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
		Pai.co.th reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to any or all PAI Sites/Services and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. Pai.co.th may also terminate or suspend your access to PAI Site/Service(s) for inactivity, as set forth, above, in "Storage Space and Other Limitations."

		Pai.co.th shall have no obligation to maintain any content or to forward any unread or unsent messages to you or any third party.

		You agree to indemnify and hold PAI, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of any rights of another.

	14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
		These terms and conditions, together with those incorporated herein or referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except by us herein.

	15. MODIFICATION
		Posting of this Agreement on the Site constitutes adequate notice to you of any such changes or modifications, and it is your responsibility to check the Agreement periodically. Pai.co.th reserves the right to terminate any member if Pai.co.th, in its sole judgment, determines that he or she is acting in violation of this Agreement or has taken or is taking actions that have the potential to interfere with the normal operation of the Program.

	16. CURRENCY CONVERTER
		Currency rates are based on various publicly available sources and should be used as guidance only. Rates are not verified as accurate, and actual rates may vary. Currency quotes are not updated every day. Check the date on the Currency Converter for the day that currency was last updated. The information supplied by this application is believed to be accurate, but Pai.co.th and/or its suppliers do not warrant or guarantee such accuracy. When using this information for any financial purpose, Pai.co.th advises the User to consult a qualified professional to verify the accuracy of the currency rates.

	17. GOVERNING LAW
		This site is controlled and operated by Pai.co.th from its offices within Bangkok, Thailand and you consent and submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.


TERMS AND CONDITION OF PURCHASE
	The booking/reservation and purchase of all services are subject to the following terms and condition AND other terms related by our third party providers. Express for the Terms and Conditions of Purchase, booking for the Plastic and Cosmetic Operation and Travel service(s) through this site, you agree to be direct by terms and conditions herein and the Supplier Terms.

	1. MEMBERSHIP
		Member may only make bookings or reservations for Plastic and Cosmetic Operation and Travel service(s) or booing/reservation requests upon registration as a member of Pai.co.th. You agree to be financially responsible for use of this Web site (as well as for use of your account by others, including, without limitation, minors living with you) by any and all Travel Arrangers you designate. You agree to supervise all usage of this Web site by your designated Travel Arrangers and minors under your name or account. You also warrant that all information supplied by you, members of your household, or Travel Arrangers acting on your behalf in using this Web site is true and accurate.

	2. CHANGE OF RATES
		The rates quoted if the Plastic and Cosmetic Operation and Travel service(s) are subject to be change without notified.

	3. REMOVAL OF PLASTIC AND COSMETIC OPERATION AND TRAVEL SERVICE
		The PAI Center may revise and update these Terms and Conditions of use from time to time and users are responsible for becoming aware of such changes through the periodic review of these Terms and Conditions. Continued usage of The PAI Center website after the posting of any changes to the following Terms and Conditions will be deemed acceptance of the changes on the part of the user. Pai.co.th shall not be liable to you or to any third party in any way for modification or discontinuance of the services.

	4. RESERVATIONS
		Pai.co.th and their Partners are entitled at their discretion to refuse and/or decline to accept any booking or reservation which place through this site. Patient/You are responsible for your surgical and travel planning and any bookings or reservations made based on such planning. Pai.co.th will not liable nor entertain a refund of any nature should you book or reserve this is not suitable. If you have special requests, these will be passed information to suppliers but not guaranteed by Pai.co.th. Please note that all bookings and reservations are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

	5. PLASTIC AND COSMETIC OPERATION SERVICES
		All Plastic and Cosmetic Operation Services which posted on this site are provided by our Partners and all subject to their terms and conditions and availability of the Plastic and Cosmetic Operation Services. Pai.co.th does not independently for quality and accuracy and information which do not guarantee its accuracy and completeness. Pai.co.th is an electronic booking, which shall not be responsible or liable for: overbooking, misinformation, dissatisfaction or complaint relating to the quality of the Surgical Services provided by Partners; any complication of your health and damage or loss to your personal property or injury. Pai.co.th shall not be considered a party to any transaction between you and any Exclusive Partner whether or not Pai.co.th receive form revenue with such transaction or be liable for any costs or damages arising out, either directly/indirectly from you or any other person involved or any transaction.

	6. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
		It is your responsibility to obtain a passport visa (required) and other relevant travel document at your own costs. Please ensure that your visa and passport are valid for your duration trip. In nearly all cases you will need to issue passport with at least 6 months remaining validity. The country you are visiting may require you to obtain an entry visa. Some countries will issue you a "visa on demand" (stamped into your passport when you arrive in the country). However, many countries require that you obtain your visa before you enter their country. If your itinerary includes a transit stop (e.g., connecting flight) in a country that is not your final destination, you may also need a transit visa regardless of if you plan to exit the airport or not. We strongly recommend you contact the embassy or consulate of the country you are traveling to review their visa requirements. If you need any assistant for information on passport or visa requirement, please check to The Royal Thai Embassy Website or contact our customer service department. Neither pai.co.th nor the supplier shall be wave for damages of any kind arising of change to the rates, itinerary, route in the respect of the Travel Services due to unpredictable circumstances or circumstances beyond our control.


BOOKING/RESERVATION REQUESTS
	For your convenience, in order for us to process your booking/reservation on request, you are required to provide details of your credit card. Submission of your booking/request/application shall be deemed to be IRREVOCABLE AUTHORIZATION by you for Pai.co.th to book the Plastic and Cosmetic Operation Service(s) immediately on your behalf and charge on your credit card for 10% of deposit payment upon receipt of the Supplier’s information of the availability of your request on Surgical Service(s). The balance payment for these service(s) (if applicable) shall be charge before surgery by Preecha Aesthetic Institute. Please note that, Pai.co.th will not automatically charge your credit cad and make a booking/reservation on your behalf in difference in the quoted rates. However, you may be able to contact our customer service by phone/e-mail for further assistance in booking/reservation. Within 48 hours of your submission request, you shall be notified by Pai.co.th regarding for your status for your request via e-mail at your destinate e-mail address or provided as part of your registration with Pai.co.th. In order for your requested surgical date is not available, you shall be provided with alternative and suggestions date. There shall be no any fee of charged nor shall we charge your credit car unless you decide to accept the suggested surgical date. Please note that, there may be situation beyond our control where we unable to notify you due to an incorrect or invalid e-mail address due to technical problems. Therefore, if any reason you do not receive an e-mail by Pai.co.th within 48 hours from your submission of your request. You are responsible to immediately check you status a booking/reservation request at Pai.co.th personal folder or contact our customer service. In addition, please quote your booking/reservation reference number or your user name when contacting us. For avoidance of doubt, the submission of your booking/reservation request shall be an irrevocable instruction and authorization by you to Pai.co.th to book Plastic and Cosmetic Service(s) on your behalf and arrange for their due payment in accordance to the terms and conditions hereof AND you agree and confirm that non-receipt of an e-mail notification by Pai.co.th for any reasons shall not invalidate your booking/reservation request nor render the request void in any way.

	1. NON-AVAILABILITY
		In the event a surgical date booked by you is not available, Pai.co.th shall you reasonable endeavors to suggest an alternative date which be applicable for you/us. If surgical date is either not available or suggested an alternative is not acceptable to you but not fully paid, we shall make a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. If you fail to accept our suggested alternative surgical date and service for specified deadline, we reserve our right to cancel our tentative booking of the same.

	2. CHARGE TO PLASTIC AND COSMETIC OPERATION PROCEDURE

		1.	If the payment transaction has not been processed, you may make changes to your surgical procedure without having to pay a service charge. However, your balance will be adjusted if the charges involve supplementary services.
		2.	If the Surgical procedure has already been paid in full, you can still make change to your surgical procedure. Incremental payment, if any, will be charged to your credit card.
		3.	If a package has already been paid in full and you would like to replace to another entirely different procedures, you will have to cancel the first package and make a new purchase.

	3. TRAVEL VOUCHERS
		It is your responsibility to provide the details on your travel voucher are correct, compete and accurate.

	4. REFUND POLICY
		Subject to any withdrawal right you may have under applicable law, charges are non-refundable unless the price plan terms expressly say otherwise. Except as otherwise required by law, the costs of any returns if permitted will be at your expense.
